By creating an account you agree to these terms. You must be 18 or older and authorised to act on behalf of your organisation. Use the platform only for lawful compliance purposes.
Automated Ind AS and Schedule III compliance checks, report generation, and AI-assisted analysis. Our outputs are a decision-support tool — not a substitute for professional CA or CS advice. Always have statements reviewed by a qualified professional before filing.
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in INR. Plans renew automatically — cancel at least 7 days before renewal by emailing contact@pi2pi.co.in. Payments are processed by Razorpay. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
You own the documents you upload. You grant us a limited licence to process them solely to provide the service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and share those documents.
Don't reverse-engineer the platform, create multiple accounts to bypass limits, upload malware, scrape data, or use the service for any illegal purpose. Violations may result in immediate account termination.
The platform, algorithms, UI, and report templates are Pi2Pi's intellectual property. You get a limited licence to use the platform during your subscription — nothing more.
We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is capped at what you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
You can close your account anytime. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. Data is retained for 90 days post-termination for export, then permanently deleted.
These terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
We'll email you 14 days before any material change. Continued use means acceptance.
